SHIPPING

Products can be shipped anywhere in the U.S. as well as internationally. Shipping fees vary depending on size of order and timeline. Each piece is individually packaged in a custom built crate. Special euro foam crating is available upon request. Shipping costs are in addition to wholesale pricing.

ORDERING

Scherr Design requests an initial 50% deposit to initiate project, with the 50% balance due upon completion, prior to delivery.

BULK ORDERS

Scherr Design has the ability to fulfill any size bulk order, ready for shipment in 4-5 weeks, depending on size of order. Special discounts will be offered on bulk orders, please contact 1 949 400 4591.

WARRANTIES

Products are warranted for 7 days after shipping date. Scherr Design is not responsible for any damage to a piece after delivery or for incorrect or faulty installation.

INSTALLATION / HARDWARE

Hanging and wall mounting accessories and instructions will be included. Scherr Design highly recommends professional installation. The artist, Trevor Scherr will deliver and install in Southern California areas for an additional fee, call 1 949 400 4591.

CLEANING

Any Scherr Design product made of acrylic must be cleaned with a special acrylic cleaning product, such as Brillianize by Kleenmaster. Windex or any glass cleaner will severely damage the product. Scherr Design is not responsible for any damage due to incorrect cleaning products. A bottle of acrylic cleaner and special cleaning towels will be provided. An additional supply may be purchased at www.brillianize.com. Special cleaning instructions will accompany each order.
